We perform much computer analysis and testing to fully understand the individual materials, components and assemblies we develop and engineer.

TRUSSDECK™ technology residential homes science has many dynamic analysis aspects at work performing simultaneously. When let's say a home is designed, it is structural engineered to withstand different levels of dynamic stress. Stresses are exerted on the modeled structure to simulate the destructive dynamic forces of nature such as withstanding a level of seismic activity, water wave surge, and-or combining turbulent high gusting wind levels. These structural building stresses (see figure below) are computed throughout the designed structure to validate the transient energy strength resiliency. Our safety home structures for our families are dependent on the correct TRUSSDECK™ criteria. TRUSSDECK™ criteria is baseFEA Assemblyd normally on the environmentally exposed conditions in which it is globally located. The full attack of simulated dynamic physics algorithms is what makes a TRUSSDECK™ structure. It must perform to our standards. Our fire testing, impact testing and solar radiation heat reflective testing is performed destructively on individual TRUSSDECKs to determine its acceptance relative to the type of stress loading level chosen, the TRUSSDECK criteria.  Our computer analysis group is continuously determining physical stress loading and transient energy flows throughout our specifically designed structures. Much work goes into making the manufacturing outcome successful in producing efficient buildings for us to live and work while providing us with a better sense of security.
